Time-limited products provided by FlashShop always come with warranty and support throughout the usage period. Products with a lifetime duration will have a warranty and support period of up to 2 years.
Below is an example of FlashShop’s warranty period and refund policy:
Warranty Period: The warranty duration corresponds to the subscription period purchased by the customer.
Warranty Policy:
– Issues with the product during use will be resolved within 12 hours. If a product develops a fault during the usage period and is still under warranty, FlashShop will provide support and replace the product with one that has an equivalent remaining time as the original product. If the customer is not satisfied or the product continues to have issues due to FlashShop’s technical side, we will proceed with a refund for the customer.
Refund Policy:
– Customers will receive a refund in case the issue cannot be resolved.
– Refund based on the duration of usage if the customer has used the product beyond the specified period.
– Customers can request a withdrawal of the refunded amount to their bank account by contacting customer support. The amount will be transferred within 24 working hours.
– Refund amounts will be calculated based on the following rules:
Example: A product ” X ” will have a warranty period of 12 months.
For a product like ” X ” purchased at $30, if an issue occurs after 100 days of usage, the refund would be calculated as follows:
$30 * (365 – 100)/365 = $21.8
In this case, the customer would be refunded $21.8 to the bank account or PayPal used for the purchase.
