1. Can the product be used for older versions?
The system has been tested and can be used on versions 2020, 2021, and 2022. However, older versions have not been tested by the shop yet.

2. Does Flash Shop’s AutoCAD support MacOS?
The upgraded AutoCAD product from Flash Shop does support MacOS. To install AutoCAD 2020 or later, your Macbook must be running MacOS 10.13 (High Sierra) or higher.

3. What version is the Flash Shop’s AutoCAD Upgrade (1 year)?
The Flash Shop’s AutoCAD Upgrade (1 year) is the Education version.

4. How many devices can I use the upgraded account on simultaneously?
You can log in on up to 3 devices, but you can only use it on 1 device at a time.

5. Can the AutoCAD Upgrade product from the shop be used for AutoCAD Electrical?
Currently, the AutoCAD product sold by the shop cannot be used for AutoCAD Electrical.

6. What version of AutoCAD does Flash Shop offer?
Flash Shop offers the Education version of AutoCAD.

7. Are other AutoCAD software such as AutoCAD Mechanical, AutoCAD Architecture, AutoCAD Electrical, etc. included in this upgrade package?
Currently, the upgrade package sold by the shop only upgrades the account for the AutoCAD version. Specialized versions like the ones mentioned are not included in this upgrade package.

8. How does the warranty work?
Flash Shop provides warranty throughout the entire period of your usage. If there are any issues, simply report them to the Customer Support team for assistance. If the issue cannot be resolved, Flash Shop will provide a refund based on the duration of usage.
